West District Homeowners Association
The West District Homeowners Association (HOA) has been created to ensure the long-term sustainability of the community of West District.
Contributions to the development enable of a sense of community and responsibility amongst neighbours towards the physical attributes of the community, Membership in the HOA is granted through an encumbrance on title for each homeowner in West District. Annual fees will be established each year, and billed to each homeowner. HOA funds will be used for the administration, maintenance and beautification of the assets of the HOA.
The HOA is managed by an elected, volunteer Board of Directors who are responsible for administering decisions related to the goals of the HOA. Management of the daily operations of the HOA may be contracted to a third-party provider.
Fee Payment Options
- ✓ Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD): Complete the online PAD form here, or download the attached PAD form and include a void cheque for automatic HOA fee withdrawals. Please complete the documents and email them to contact@equium.ca or mail to Equium Group Suite 850, 639 5th Ave SW, Calgary AB T2P 0M9.
- ✓ Online Payment: Email Equium Group at contact@equium.ca to enrol and receive payment instructions.
- ✓ Cheque or Bank Draft: Payable to West District Homeowners Association
