You can pay your HOA fees with the following options:

  • ✓ Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD): Complete the online PAD form here, or download the attached PAD form and include a void cheque for automatic HOA fee withdrawals. Please complete the documents and email them to contact@equium.ca or mail to Equium Group Suite 850, 639 5th Ave SW, Calgary AB T2P 0M9.
  • ✓ Online Payment: Email Equium Group at contact@equium.ca to enrol and receive payment instructions.
  • ✓ Cheque or Bank Draft: Payable to West District Homeowners Association
    Mail or drop off to: Equium Group Suite 850, 639 – 5th Avenue SW, Calgary, AB T2P 0M9
    **Please note – You must reference your West District property address on the cheque/bank draft or payment cannot be processed
